We’re always happy to answer any questions you may have about our service – we’ve put together some of our most frequently asked questions but, if you don’t see yours on the list, feel free to get in touch.

We do provide an easy to use admin area so that our clients can take control of their own updates, however, if you’re not tech savvy or, are short on time, we’re happy to do this for you at no additional cost.
That’s entirely up to you. We realise that you’re busy and so we’re happy to take the lead on the project however, if you prefer to be more hands-on, that’s absolutely fine too.
We find that the most effective imagery for websites is in the form of photographs of your team, product and service and we ask that these are delivered in jpeg format. Although we don’t employ a photographer, we are able to help you source stock images should you need these.
Our clients normally provide text content, images and video footage as well as some direction on how the website should look. No content? No problem - our team can help you to source content for your site.
As we realise that you’ve got a lot to say, we offer up to 10 pages of text and imagery for your website free of charge. Once your website is live and you’ve taken a look at our handy training page, you’ll be able to update and add to this yourself.
After you’ve signed up for our great website service, a member of our friendly customer service team will be in touch within 24 hours to have a quick chat about your new website. After this brief, we’ll get cracking with building your site at a temporary address and liaise with you regarding content.
It is, of course, difficult to give an exact timeframe as each website is different in size and requirement but, we estimate that your website will be ready for your review within 3 to 5 days.
We build our clients’ websites using Wordpress. You may remember that Wordpress was originally created for bloggers but, since that time, it has evolved into a fully featured and flexible content management system which is used by over half of the world’s websites.
